Personal data processing
Web4Games, s.r.o. (limited liability company) is responsible for the the website merrydragon.com. We collect personal data so that we can deliver the ordered goods to you, our customers. In the following paragraphs you will learn more about how we protect your personal data and how we handle it.
1. What data do we process and why?
- Data for delivery: This includes the name, surname, address, email (notification about the delivery), telephone (direct contact for the delivery company). We forward these data to the delivery company you choose (national post or an alternative delivery). According to the law requirements, we keep this data for 10 years since the purchase.
- data for business communications: we keep your email address and use it for communication about your order (confirmation, status, invoice). We also use your email address for sending information about new releases. For selected emails, we use professional service from Smartselling, a.s. We do not share your email with 3rd parties unless specifically listed here. We keep this data for 10 years after purchase.
- data about your behaviour on our website. This is analytical and statistical data, especially for Google Analytics. We only use it if you give your consent in the Cookie bar.
- Data for marketing purposes to serve ads in cooperation with Google and Meta. We only use the data if you consent to the Cookie bar for marketing purposes. We share a hashed form of your email address with Google when you complete an order.
We do not process any sensitive data.
We keep accounting documents for 10 years, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Your rights under data protection
- Right to erasure: You can request the removal of your personal data from our database at any time by emailing eshop@vesely-drak.cz.
- Right to correct the data: at any time you can ask us to correct the personal information.
- Right to information: you can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you. You can also do this by emailing eshop@vesely-drak.cz.
- Right to change the scope of processing: you can request to modify the scope of the information we process by emailing eshop@vesely-drak.cz or by calling +420 608 439 881.
- Other rights are provided by law or other regulation.
3. How do we protect your personal data?
- Your personal data is stored in a protected database, which is securely accessible and can only be accessed via a secure protocol;
- we limit the range of people who have access to it to an absolute minimum;
- we do not pass on your personal data to anyone other than as set out above;
- we treat your personal data as we would want our own personal data to be treated.
