In addition to the standard designs, the cards can also have an extraordinary medal design. These are faithful copies of the medals won by our soccers. This is a completely unique feat in terms of the production of collectible cards.

It is a series issued for the 30th anniversary of the Soccer Internationals Foundation, charting the greatest achievements of Czech and Slovak soccer between 1960 and 1980. Specifically, these achievements are:
