The Terastal Festival ex edition will be released in Japan on December 6, 2024, and is a special Japanese "High Class" set whose main attraction is the huge number of alternative art secret rares cards. Each deck is guaranteed to hit min EX or higher. It also newly brings a modified reverse hola - in the style of cracked ice and with a Pokéball motif in the background.

The set includes 187 cards along with an undisclosed number of SR or better cards.
