Prismatic Evolutions
Prismatic Evolutions is a premium Pokémon set that will be released in January 2025 and will feature a lot of beautiful Pokémon cards. It follows the Japanese editions of Super Electric Breaker and Terastal Festival. It is set to feature the beautiful Eevee Evolutions, as well as Miraidon, Koraidon, and Scatterbug, Spewpa, and Vivillon.
In terms of products, we know that the Prismatic Evolution Elite Trainer Boxes, Poster Collection, Binder Collection, and Sticker Collection will be released on January 17, 2024. The Poster Collection will come with 3 boosters and a poster. Binder Collection is a pack with 5 boosters and an album, while Sticker Collection will be a 3-pack with a sticker.
Then in February we expect the second wave of Prismatic Evolutions products: mini tins, evolution surprise box (with 4 boosters, a box and one special Etched Eevee card or evolution of it), bundle and Eevee collection with an accessory bag.
Beware the set will not be released until 2025!!
Did you know what complementary or special sets mean?
Special sets (or subsets, holiday edition or half edition) are additional sets of cards (e.g. Black Bolt and White Flare, Pokémon 151 Card, Paldean Fates, ...) that are released outside of the main editions (e.g. Journey Together, Destined Rivals, Paldea Evolved, ...). They are designed to bring something special - unique design, thematic focus, or exclusive reprints.
