Pokémon Mega Evolution Booster Box contains 36 packs of Pokémon cards and one promo card. This is a special version of the booster box, which is limited and contains a Bulbasaur promo card. Each pack contains 10 cards. This gives you a total of 360 Mega Evolution Edition cards.

In some cases, its type also changes. For example, Mega Charizard X loses its original Fire/Flying type and becomes Fire/Dragon.
