Pokémon Mega Evolution - Ascended Heroes Booster contains 10 cards. This Pokémon edition is the first set to be released for the Mega Evolution cycle for 2026. This set will include hits like Mega Dragonite, Pikachu, Lucario, Gardevoir, and Zekrom. There is also speculation of a special Charizard.

This edition is being released as a supplemental edition and is being released outside of the main editions. They are designed to bring something new - a unique design, thematic focus, or exclusive reprints.

Mega Evolution is often tied to the strong bond between a Pokémon and its trainer, and is associated with the energy of the Kalos region. Kalos is one of the regions and appears in the 6th generation in the Pokémon X and Y games. This region is inspired by France, not only visually but also culturally. Therefore, it may come as no surprise that this region focuses on beauty, evolution, and the bond between Pokémon and trainers.
