After a failed campaign to the north, the King of Keoland has turned his attention to the small fishing town of Saltmarsh. He hopes to build it into a major port - but no one expects an even darker threat to emerge between disgruntled locals and old power struggles. As you cross the city gates and cross the Sharkfin Bridge, you hear the cries of the inhabitants and the sound of fighting. You don't know the situation yet, but one thing is clear - the city needs you.

The campaign combines the classic elements of Adventure System games - cooperative combat, exploration and hero progression - but also brings some refreshing new features. Some of the scenarios take place in Saltmarsh's vast, unexplored city mapsare explored gradually like dungeons, but are a solid combat zone full of civilians you must protect from waves of enemies.

It's a dynamic and intense way to play, different from the classic "dungeon crawl" style. Phantoms of Saltmarsh comes with 8 detailed miniature Sahagin enemies and a pair of powerful bosses.

If you don't have miniatures from other games, use the included tokens - fully compatible with all games of the entire system. New adventures can be played as part of a campaign or as standalone scenarios.
