2022-2023 NHL Upper Deck Series Two Retail box contains 24 decks of cards from the 2022/2023 season. Each deck contains 8 cards.

The second series from Upper Deck is here. It brings many interesting players, especially for Czech and Slovak fans.

The retail version of the box is for those who want to collect as many cards as possible at a good price. However, it contains significantly fewer rare cards and some cannot be opened at all (they are in higher versions like Fat pack and Tin, or the highest Hobby version).

Series 2 continues with the insert sets that were already in the first season:

• Orange Dazzlers: a very colorful set of players shown with full bodies. It is very popular. Collect another 50 cards of this set, which contains only rookie cards. Orange versions are only included in the Fat pack and Tins versions.
• Honor Roll: 50-card insert set containing only rookie cards
• UD Canvas: Collect 90 new Veteran Stars and 30 Young Guns, as well as 15 High Series Retired and 15 High Series Program of Excellence cards.
• UD Portraits Rookies: 40 more cards (including 10 SP's)

New insert sets for series two:

• Calder Candidates: this new set features rookies who are candidates for the Calder Meomrial Trophy. You can also find golden parallels.
• Greetings From. You can collect regular cards or golden parallels.
• Instant Impressions.
• Lunch Box Legends: This set is meant to be reminiscent of the lunch boxes from the 1970s. This is a 30-card set that features the biggest/most successful names of today's NHL players. Again, also with golden parallels.
• World Juniors Grads: Each card in this set represents a player who once played in the 1992-1993 World Junior Classic in the UD World Junior Grads design. Again, also available in gold parallels.
